Widow Monthly Support Programme

For many widows, consistent access to food is the difference between survival and despair.

  • £5 provides basic food for a widow for one week
  • We currently support 100 widows every month
  • We began with 40 widows and have grown through faithful giving and community trust

Your monthly support provides stability, dignity, and hope.

Sponsor a Child in School

Education changes lives — yet many children are forced out of school due to poverty.

  • £10 sponsors one child’s school fees for a full term
  • Covers access to education and basic learning needs
  • Delivered through trusted local schools

Your sponsorship keeps a child learning, dreaming, and building a future.

Widow Job Empowerment Scheme

Economic independence restores confidence and dignity.

  • £25 enables a widow to start petty trading
  • Supports small-scale businesses such as food items, household goods, or market trading
  • Reduces long-term dependency and builds sustainable income

This programme empowers widows to provide for themselves and their families.

Sponsor a Ride – Community Connection Programme

Isolation is one of the greatest challenges widows face.

We operate a community bus that transports widows safely from bus stops to a shared community space where they:

  • Connect with one another emotionally
  • Share experiences and encouragement
  • Participate in conversations, prayer, and support sessions
  • £20 sponsors fuel or the driver for a full day’s activity

Community Foodbank Programme

In times of crisis, seasonal hardship, or sudden loss of income, widows and vulnerable families often need immediate food support.

Our Community Foodbank provides emergency and supplementary food supplies through churches and community centres to widows and families in urgent need.

  • Provides staple food items such as rice, grains, cooking oil, and basic provisions
  • Supports widows, children, and families facing short-term hardship
  • Distributed through trusted church partners to ensure dignity and fairness
  • Complements our monthly stipend programme by responding to emergencies
  • £15 helps stock food parcels for families in need

This programme ensures that no widow or child goes hungry in moments of crisis.
